It is one of the top rated shopping centers in Miami. There is Adidas Y3, an Adidas with Stella McCartney clothes, the Apple Store, American Eagle Outfitters, Armani, Forever 21, Guess, Lacoste, the LIK Photo Gallery, Macy’s, Sketcher’s Starbucks, and more. There is lots of little outside cafes to enjoy the view and watch the people and relax. It is recommended as a must see for Miami Beach Nightlife for how beautiful it is at night and all the activity and fun at night.

2)<u>Heart & Soul</u>-another top rated number one shop for a South Beach Fashion store that got five stars on their reviews. Located on Espanola Way, you can enjoy this colorful little shop while looking at jewelry, clothes, handbags, shoes, sandals, swimsuits and all types of beachwear, Panama hats, accessories, and great unique gifts for friends and family. Not rated too expensive, people really enjoyed shopping there.

3)<u>The Webster</u>- the number one rated place to shop for SOUTH BEACH FASHION in Florida. A little expensive but very hip place for women and men’s clothing. They carry designer clothes and are known for being Kanye West’s favorite place to shop. They carry designers like Balenciaga, Chanel, Celine and Prada and known for having the biggest line of designer’s clothes. A cute and trendy shop that is three stories high in a cute sunny art deco type boutique that has a deck on the roof.

4)<u>Venissac</u>-a five star clothing store that carries men and women’s clothing and accessories, this shop is listed in the lower price range of stores. People reviewing the store said they mostly carry men’s casual clothing but spoke of how good the staff here is and how knowledgeable they are. They are known for outstanding cut and fit, fabric and feel of their clothing. They carry men’s casual shirts, shorts, pants, & various accessories.

5)<u>Pub Crawl Miami</u>–rated number one must see place for MIAMI BEACH NIGHTLIFE after a day of shopping to relax and have a good time. Lots of fun and energy, you are able to get in quickly, no cover charge and a great mix of people. They offer two for one drink specials and free shots, they hosts are great with the customers, great music and an A+ DJ who really knows what he is doing for steady music that flows and keeps the fun and energy at a 10+.

6)<u>Britto Central</u>-located in the Lincoln Road Mall, art exhibits with bright, vivid colors and beautiful art by artist Romero Britto with a gift store in the back. He has artwork of animals, Disney characters, and other fun artwork. His exhibits change regularly and purchase range from just $25 and up.

7)<u>The Official Art Deco Gift Shop</u>-located in the Art Deco district of town, there is a cute little gift shop with all types of little gifts, original Art Deco posters, jewelry, t-shirts, vintage items, books, cards, various memorabilia, and one of a kind artwork. This is a non-profit business which helps out the continuous work of the Design Preservation League in Miami.

8)<u>Peter Lik’s Gallery Miami Beach</u>- is another place that is a must when Shopping Miami Beach, it has beautiful calming and beautiful art from photographs. He offers a beautiful art exhibit by the very talented photographer Peter Lik that offers his art that is perfect for commercial locations as well as your home and it is located in the Lincoln Road Mall.

9)<u>Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry</u>-rated five stars from its visitors and rated only moderate on the price scale. They offer wholesale prices and not only have jewelry, but do ring sizing, sizing of watches, ring settings for you to pick out your own center stones, and quick repair service. They offer exceptional service, expert knowledge in jewelry and above and beyond management, they are the best at what they do.

10)<u>Espanola Way</u>-a little side street only open to people walking the area, no cars allowed. It has beautiful little shops, great architecture to enjoy, and lots of little outside dining restaurants with a bit of an Italy feel to it. There are Italian, Cuban, Spanish, and Mexican restaurants all in a two block area to choose from.
